Fencing: a way of life
Jongstleden 1-07-2024 is er tijdens de ALV / “Jaarvergadering” afscheid genomen van de bestuursleden Lotte Eerdekens (voorzitter) en Robin van Kempen (penningmeester).
Tijdens dezelfde vergadering werden de vacatures ingevuld door Karin Thissen (voorzitter) en Denise Bartels (penningmeester).
Als (lid van de) continuïteitscommissie heeft Jochem Derksen zich kandidaat gesteld en is als zodanig gekozen door de leden.
Via de ‘handle’ “secretarislarap@mastodon.nl” zullen we onze informatie ook via Mastodon.nl gaan uiten/’tooten’.
U kunt volger op Mastodon worden om snel van de laatste nieuwstjes op de hoogte gebracht te worden.
De stille hoop is dat we na enige tijd Whatsapp kunnen afsluiten.
Wij beginnen het seizoen 23-24 op maandag 28-08-2023.
Wij gaan dit kalenderjaar afronden op 18-12-2022.
De Kerstdagen (25 & 26-12) zijn wij gesloten.

Vandaag heeft het bestuur een aanvraag voor de huur van de Sporthal de Heeg ingediend bij de gemeente Maastricht.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the start of the introduction course has been postponed to September 2021.
The dates for the new course are: 20-09; 27-09; 04-10 & 11-10.

The next course will be held on Sep 20; Sep 27, Oct 4 & Oct 11.
The careful commence proved to be a false start. Recommencing December 7, 2020 was the last time we were to fence in 2020.
In January 2021 we hope to make a proper restart to leave the COVID-19 restrictions behind us.
